We used to order a few times a week from here. First it was little things. They wouldn't follow my requests on the order, they would ADD things to my wrap that are not on the menu as listed for the item I ordered. They forget things in delivery. Once they forgot our canollis, most recently they forgot the SIDE salad which is too come included with what I ordered for my husband to eat. Once I ordered 3 salads. 1 - they added things too, 1 - they forgot a salad completely. 1 - they forgot the extra dressing, which I paid for. When I called up they couldn't find my order!
Our most recent experiance - they forgot the side salad and the dressing, my wrap (the Asian Grilled Chicken wrap) had FRIED chicken on, I asked for dressing on the side, dressing was the wrap. I am overly disappointed. They had potential. They keep messing up. The bad at this point out ways the good. We will no longer order from here.
