I love Poochie's food, and am a regular customer at the restaurant and via Grub Hub. I have had several issues with Grub Hub orders and items left off delivery. In the most recent event, they did not take any responsibility for the forgotten item, and only after 2 calls from Grub Hub and 1 from me personally did they begrudgingly offer to redeliver. They gave me such a sad song about how understaffed they are, I simply told them to forget about it.
Too bad their customer service and concern for long-time, frequent customers are not at the same level as their food.
