A horrible experience with this company. The owner Ron is a liar. He presents himself as knowledgeable and talks a good game, but when fixing one thing on our TV, he broke another and would not come back until after a week of calling, and then claimed it had nothing to do with him but he didn't know how to fix it. He blew his breath on our new part and into the back of our $2500 TV to clear dust on his original visit, which I am sure spit is not healthy for electronics, and we had paid him $200 for a service call. We have tried to resolve the matter with Mitsubishi now as it was them who contacted Ron at North Rapids as an authorized dealer to work on our TV in the first place and they will not help as the issue is not our original issue and was caused by Ron. Then when they called Ron he lied to them and said we never contacted him regarding the issue even though we have called upwards of 15 times. We are stressed out, unhappy, had horrible customer service and have circle blotc
