I purchased a sofa from Homerooms furniture at the home and garden show and was told it would be very durable and that their company stood by their products. He (the owner) even said that they would repair the sofa if there were any rips, tears or even cigarette burn holes. He also said that they wanted to make their customers happy. They said nothing about purchasing an added warrenty. I repeatedly said it must be durable and was asured that it was Bonded leather and very durable. Unfortunately when I got the sofa home my cats had made several tears from jumping from the sofa to the floor. The cats are declawed in the front. I called to see if they could take the sofa back in trade or would repair it. i spoke to an employee and she said that some one would call me back. No Call.
