I dropped my wedding gown off for cleaning prior to my wedding (it was quite dirty from the store) and I was told it would be $75 and done in about a week. The dress was done in a timely manner and came out spotless and nicely pressed.\r

The downside (a big one for me) is the near distruction of the bead work on the dress. They make SURE you sign a release before you leave it stating if anything heppens with the bead work they are not liable and for GOOD REASON. I thought this was to cover themselves from crazy brides that are missing a seed pearl ot a tiny crystal....no\r

It looked like it had been dry cleaned with a power blaster... There were numerous bare thread and spaces where MANY crystals and pearls were gone and the larger rhinestones? 4 were missing and 2 were broken in half.\r

This was a $3000 Maggie S gown and it was unacceptably man-handled. There HAS to be gentler ways to dry clean something delicate so that bead work is not destroyed. I left extremely disappointed and
