Disappointed that the towel bar as discussed during the sales presentation was missed in the written contract. Hence, no towel bar was installed since we didn't want to pay extra for it.

Within a few days of the contract signing, the project manager meets with the client to confirm everything on the contract and obtain sign-off. This is an added step we take to avoid these types of errors. We strive to achieve 100 client satisfaction and are more than happy to install a towel bar for you.
