Absolutely wonderful service. No one really gets happy about having to call a pest control company, but I found some little critters like ants with wings! EEEEKKKKk. I was thinking termites. I got a real person on the phone immediately, they had me email a photo, and was reassured that it probably wasn't termites. The Manager (who had answered the phone - props there too!) asked the other staff to look for my email and they called me when it hadn't come in while he went to lunch. (Follow-up! Amazing! And this was within an hour of my call.) I had hit one wrong letter in the email. \r

They came out, fixed the problem which was ""swarming concrete ants"", and made some suggestions. \r

Here is why I love them: GREAT customer service, prompt response on everything, no bs contract for the rest of your life, and terrific communication. No one wants a pest, but if you need help these are your peeps.
