I've hired Handyman Matters of Boston about five times and I've received great service every time. They have done minor things, like hanging curtains, and more difficult things as well.
Bob's carpenter came out to fix something a contractor did wrong. He was able to do the job to my pleasing, both economically and aesthetically.
They have also done things outside for me. I had them hang exterior shutters for me once. I also called them when I had ice damage, to shovel snow off the roof. The time I called them about the ice damage, they were particularly responsive, and helped immediately.
Overall, I am very pleased with the service I've received. Bob, the owner, is very responsive. I like that I am able to make appointments through e-mail, it just makes things very easy for me because I have a busy work schedule.
