When we first moved into our home I had this company out. The two men were very friendly & seemed quite knowledgable. They promised that the stains I had were going to come out & while my carpets were wet they looked great, I was so excited. However, the next day I not only still had the stains, but now they were worse as well as new stains!!!! I tried to call the company several times to complain & ask for them to come back only to leave several messages that of course were never returned! I was very disappointed that they did not have the courtesy to follow thru & return my several messages!
