I almost always leave vowing not to go back in this location. THE PITS. Yet, it is on my way to work, so I keep hoping it will change. Horrible customer service- just a waste of time and money most visits. The printers are almost always out of paper or not working, and worse, it's difficult to find someone to care enough to help you with these issues. Computers are slow. The employees have messed up orders. At best, the employees are apathetic. At worst, they are blatantly rude. The people at the Harding Place location are 100 times more helpful, competent, and friendly.
