I've worked with George at Eastern Carpet & Upholstery since 1993. Overall, they are responsive, quick, and thorough. There are no call backs. It's just a great experience. I wouldn't change it at all. I've been through 3 different management companies and each time I move, I make sure to maintain a relationship with Eastern Carpet & Upholstery. more
