We called Nicholsons to have our system started for the year. Chris called us back and recommenced we wait a few weeks due to the weather. My co-worker had already had their system turned on and had a friend. We had a guy do it on the side for 50.00. Well, a few nights ago the thing outside froze and water went everywhere. We called my co workers friend. He just said ""sorry"". He wouldn't even come out and shut the water off. I felt awful and Called Nicholsons. Mike and another gentleman came out with in two hours and shut the water off. They didn't even charge me. The said we would worry about it in a few weeks when the weather was better. Nicholsons is our sprinkling guy from now on. They are the few that still care.
