I have been a customer at Rich's Auto Care for a number of years and have yet to find an automotive repair facility with the level of Customer Service that is provided at Rich's. From the free loaner cars provided to the personal service given, I am extremely happy with having all 4 of my current vehicles serviced by Rich and his team. My 4 vehicles have over 500,000 miles on them and all run great due to the care and commitment from Rich's team. On top of that, Angel provides exceptional customer care and service which makes me feel like a valued and special customer every time I have work done at Rich's.
