Superior Water Conditioning replaced our old Kinetico Reverse Osmosis Filter System with a new one. During an evening recently, it shut down. I was unable to get it working that night so at about 7:30 AM the next day I left a message with Superior Water describing my situation. At about 7:50 AM I received a call from Bryan (Superior Water). He proceeded to describe the steps I needed to take to correct the problem. Apparently a small amount of moisture had accumulated on the floor under the sink and this was detected by the Kinetico sensor. I dried the floor area under the moisture sensor and then did a couple of other things including turning the dial to reset the unit-and it “worked.” Brian was very patient with me and guided me through the whole process over the phone. To say the least we were so pleased to have our filtered water flowing again and extremely pleased with the customer service provided us by Brian at Superior Water.\r
