I purchased a vehicle and realized when I got home that there was a pool of water under the rugs on the passenger side, I contacted my salesman, Vladimir, he told me it could be from the window being left down or the sale flags they put in the window which causes them not to close all the way. My mechanic said it most likely from a windshield replacement. I returned to the dealer 3 days later and spoke with Mr. Hamed Rod, and asked that I get my money back and return the car. He would not work with me, so I called the police, while the police were there, he asked that I be banned from the property for three years for being ""disorderly"". Funny I never raised my voice, used profanity or anything. I was calm. He made a remark that ""if I had approached him differently, he would have been willing to work with me"". What a joke. Buyer beware, take a mechanic with you and look over your vehicle really, really well before purchasing one from H&R Auto. They are shisters.
