I used them for retirement awards at our company-we use etched crystal plaques. Sometimes I need them on short notice, and we never have delays or broken pieces. Sometimes they even hand deliver them. On one occasion there was a chipped piece, but they expedited a replacement for us. We are very well taken care of at RCB awards.
