It's ok I guess, for gf, but I honestly make better gf sweetbreads at home. Banana bread, for instance, that noone can tell is gf. The tiramisu wasn't bad, but soggy cake and a lot of coffee butter cream is not hard to replicate. I was hoping for some experienced cake baking, that was light and moist. What you get at Wildwood is typical dry, styrofoam textured cake you get with gf cakes. \r

My mother was French, an accomplished pastry maker and I really miss that. Maybe it just can't be done gf. Frankly, so far, I'll stick with Betty Crocker mixes, for cake and brownies they're the best I've tried, to date. I hate that that's the truth.
