My siding and new gutters have been completed and I wanted to thank Hanson's publicly for a job well done. In particular I want to commend the siding crew chief - Jason Galazka - for his much appreciated attention to detail, time management, efficiency, and appreciation of the age of my 1936 craftsmen bungalow. He was also very respectful towards me. Each day (Monday to the following Wednesday when I was home or arrived before the crew left) he reviewed throughout and at the end of the day the progress of the installation, what was going on, what was done to insure it was properly installed, etc. I could hear his guidance of his crew - Ed and Devon - which was a mixture of instructional, detail in measurements and application, and customer satisfaction. He is an excellent representative of the professionalism which I have come to expect from Hanson's. I even think my old house feels younger. All I know is that when I drive up to it - it is beautiful even at night. My handyman was here yesterday and was impressed with the caulking and detail around the windows (most of which were installed by Hanson's over the past 2 years). His comment was that all of his customers who have had Hanson's apply new siding have had the same results.
