I've been training with with Ken 2-3 days a week at my home for 3 years and it's just the best. In the past I was bored and felt overworked from exercise. Ken really fine-tuned my workout so I really get the most out of it. Very attentive to my goals and what I need in a trainer!!! My schedule is quite busy so I have to make it a priority and I feel better than ever before. No hype, a really excellent trainer who goes the extra mile on all of my sessions.
