During the procedure (laser lipo) I felt virtually no pain or discomfort. Just a slight tugging sensation. My recovery was fast and I was up and about that night having had the procedure in the morning each time! I was able to resume my walking routine within a few days post op. The second stage compression garment was absolutely essential when I had my abdominal procedure to minimize discomfort and swelling. I wore the second stage garment for about 2 months although the doctor only recommended 6 weeks. I felt better with it on and wanted to maximize my final results. I took about a week off work to allow for healing time but I'm sure it's different for everybody....\r
I would recommend Sono Bello to anyone who is looking to permanently reduce those areas of stubborn fat that don't seem to go away no matter what you do! I love my new smaller body!
