Try learning some customer service skills. Instead of arguing that your female customer is wrong and you know all, try listening. I called Metts construction in Chapin and they were more than helpful, even let me know that I needed 12 times the dirt that you were insisting on and laughing about. I have bought dirt before and I knew that 1/2 yard was no where near enough for the job I was doing. Hopefully people will not shop with you and instead will go somewhere that knows how to treat their customers right. I don't know how you have stayed in business for over 30 years...at least that's what you were yelling at me when I hung up on you.
