Recently we took our Tribeca in for work on the struts. Due to some unseen problems with corrosion, they were not able to complete the work by the end of the day, so we were offered a loaner car until the work was completed the next day. When I went to pay the bill I asked if they had a senior discount and was given one. The shuttle service offered by Continental is very efficient. I was home in less than an hour from the time I dropped off our vehicle. This is just one of many good experiences we have had with Continental's service department.\r
