Paul did right by me. He could have just sold me a replacement transmission, but he tried to help me test it further just to absolutely sure that it needs replacing. Since it looks like the oil additive is not solving the problem, I will probably go back to him. He charges less than he could and he seems incredibly honest. As a newcomer to Phoenix, I am relieved to find an ethical mechanic for my somewhat worn out cars. Highly recommended.
