I agree with all the negative reviews. I went in on 3/14/13 with lots of designer labels. The gal at the desk said they frowned on the Chaus brand yet I saw Chaus in their isles. I had Ralph Lauren, Austin Reed yet she said my items were old yet what is on the floor I would not be caught dead in...at least not in the sizes 16-18 which I ended up donating since I just had a hip replacement several months ago and did not want to haul out the 2 large bins of clothing that I came in with....if I weren't so busy (I live in Pasco)...I would stop in just to see if they put my better clothing on their racks yet they did give me a donation receipt for Community Pride Child Care. I know if I felt better and had more time I could have gotten good money from Jay's or another consignment shop. Further, the gal at the desk talked down to me...she said the scarf attached to one of my outfits was more of what she was looking for... I put her to the test on that and said, ""Perhaps I should collect on the scarf."" Her reply was ""actually, I was going to throw it out.""\r
Stay away...there was nothing in the store that I would have considered purchasing. You can buy Coach bags at the Orlando Prime outlet for less than their asking price.
