Mr. Jim Martin is unprofessional and his work is unsatisfactory. Making rude comments to other contractors about my parents is unacceptable!\r Mr. Jim Martin was to repair and refinish my parents bathtubs. His work was shoddy and unsatisfactory. He put a patch in the master tub that didn't match in color. When my father pointed this out to him, he stated ""it's just a bathtub."" If you pay $425 for something, you want it done right and to your standards. When my father noticed the next day that the tub was still cracked and the spray looked awful, he contacted Mr. Martin to see if it could be fixed. Mr. Martin sprayed some sort of grip on the bottom of the tub to conceal the crack but DID NOT repair it. He was also grumpy and grumbling under his breath at my father the whole time. As he was leaving, another contractor working on their house pulled into their driveway and Mr. Martin proceeded to tell him, ""good luck working with these people, you can't please them.""\r This is the most unprofessional person that has ever done work for my parents and I am livid that he would be so rude. If Mr. Martin is any kind of a decent person and if he stands behind his work at all, he will make this right for my family. As my parents don't want him stepping foot back into their house, I feel that a refund or even a partial refund is in order! \r By the way, because of Mr. Martins unsatisfactory work, they are having to purchase a new tub... That $425 could have bought them a new tub in the first place but they trusted in someone who did them dirty!\r more
