This place is horrible. They are scam artist and will rip you if a heartbeat if they think they will get away with it. I didn't know much about cars when I bought my jeep which is 15 years old. Because of its age it breaks down from time-to-time and I've been forced to learn how to make repairs to save money. Through this learning process I've discovered how bad they ripped me as well as others. The Jeep wouldn't pass emissions and they were on the recommended mechanic list so I dropped by. The emissions shop had already told me that I had a bad O2 sensor and that I needed to have it replaced in order to pass inspection. However, Punk's forced me to pay for a diagnostic anyway and then charged over $300 to do repairs. $400 plus total. To make it worse they replaced the wrong sensor. There are 2 and they replaced the good one thinking I would have to come back to replace the second. Instead I bought a Haynes Manual and figured out how to do it on my own. It literally took me 2 minutes and a crescent wrench. If you minus out the $70 I paid for the part they effectively were charging me $11,930 an hour for Labor. Do not take your vehicle here.
