I am elated at the experience I just had with this pepboys location. I called several tire providers and 2 other pepboys yesterday to get 4 new tires. This location was 45 minutes from my house. I was leaving this morning to go out of town and needed new tires ASAP. I spoke to Richard the service manager on the phone. He answered promptly and had awesome energy and I could tell he really enjoyed his job. He answered all my questions and spoke to Tony in the background to ensure I would be well taken care of when I arrived because he was leaving. He wanted to make sure I was aware of the specials and went out of the way to make my experience enjoyable. When my hubby and I arrived Tony was there to greet us immediately and ensured we got everything I discussed with Richard about. Tony answered several more questions I had about my alignment and wheel bearings. The tires were put on efficiently. They even loaded my previous tires for me. I am willing to drive 45 minutes out of my way to patronize this place because it is rare to find this type of service anywhere these days, thanks so much
