I want to thank Michael and Felicia for their excellent customer service. I had lost the diamond out of my wedding band that I had for 17 years. I was looking to get a new diamond and setting and to change the color of my existing yellow gold bands to white gold. As I had never bought a diamond before and a lot had changed in the industry in 17 years there was a lot a did not know. They were so very patient with me, teaching me about diamonds and answering all my questions. They never made me feel unimportant just because I wasn't one of their wealthier customers. They still spent hours with me showing me different diamonds in my price range. Unlike other places I went, Micheal and Felicia NEVER showed me anything ABOVE my price range. In fact they were able to find exactly the look I wanted BELOW the price I gave them. I truly appreciate that they didn't pressure me in that way! Then when I finally decided on a Tuesday morning what I wanted I left my band there and remarkably they had it back to me on Wednesday evening of the same week! They understood my sadness of losing my first ever diamond and were there to pick up my spirits and make a sad situation turn out to be a fun memory.
