North Carolina & Hickory residents please save yourself some worry and do not purchase from Peak Motors in Hickory, NC They told me that I was purchasing a vehicle with an air conditioner. They said all I had to do was turn it over to the cool blue setting. I took their word for it and believed them. When April arrived and I needed some air, I realized the air was not cold and took it to have the Freon charged when I found out I didn't have an air conditioner. I had paid them cash from where I had received an Insurance Settlement and trusted them. Ryan at Peak Motors as well as Sharon refuse to help me and Ryan was very rude to me. This is just part of the bad customer service I received from Peak Motors since Purchasing my car in December of 2012. I regret my decision tremendously!
