WORST!!!!. This company has by far the worst service of any repair company I have ever used. The are the authorized provider for samaung so if you need a repair make sure you ask for a different repair service. They have a habit of not showing up for appointments and ordering the wrong parts . They are utterly incompetent and to make matters worse the receptionist if condescending and rude. I waited all day for them five times and they did not show or call. I have been waiting since January 2013 to have my refig fixed and still broken. i reported them to samsung and In the process of filing a consumer protection and better business bureau claim.
