Replace entire staff, starting with the owner. These people are entirely too rude and arrogant to be working with the public. As a consumer with choices, I prefer NOT to be insulted when I'm trying to buy your products, and pay your salary. Absolutely the worse service I've ever received at any restaurant in my entire life. Better yet, don't replace staff, my tip for you is to lock the doors, and toss the keys. They way ya'll run off customers, it's just a matter of time before you run yourselves out of business anyway.
