We had an emergency in our downstairs bathroom so we called Richardson Plumbing to take a look at it and fix the problem. BIG MISTAKE!!!\r

Kevin came and recommended a job that was completely unnecessary and DIDN'T EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM. He also overcharged us about double what it cost to do the job that he did, which again was unnecessary. \r

So in the end:\r
1. We still were unable to use both of the bathrooms in our house\r
2. He tore up the drywall to do the job and told us we needed to spend more money getting a handyman to clean up his mess\r
3. He told us we needed to spend more money to get another plumber to fix the actual problem\r
4. He overcharged us for an unnecessary job \r

All in all, I'm not really sure what he was here for except to take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge. I guess it's my fault for trusting Kevin in an emergency situation. \r

I really regret that I called Richardson Plumbing. I hope this review will save other people that trouble.
