I would like to state that this is not a criticism of their food. They provide some of the tastiest Indian food I've ever eaten. This review is in regards to their delivery service, which is absolutely deplorable! I live less than 2 mi. from Haveli & the delivery estimate is usually 45 mins. However, when I receive the actual delivery, its 2 hrs late. I also understand that restaurants get busy & crowded, especially around dinner time. But promising a customer that their food will be delivered within 45 mins & then arriving 2 hrs late is unacceptable. When I called to check on my order, all I got were excuses & that makes me think they didn't even check to see if the GrubHub order was even placed. That is not very good customer service. No real apologies were issued & no compensation for poor service. So if you're looking for a good meal, I do recommend Haveli's sit-down. If you're looking for good delivery service, look elsewhere. Very disappointing.
