I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and attention to customer quailty care. Within the first two (2) days of my purchase, unbeknownst to me, it became apparent that the rear view and left side morrows are equipped with an automatic dimming function. This dimming function severty affects my driving at night. From the beginning i contacted the salesman and i have yet to receive a satisfactory solution. This feature is an endangerment to my safety and futher hinders my night time driving due to a vision impairment i have. My concern and displeasure has been reported and i feel RBM's responce has condescending and shows a lack of concern and compassion reguarding my problem. If i had known the car had dimming mirrows i would not have purchased the car. When i buy my next car i will seek another dealer and/or brand. It is apparent that RBM of Atlanta does not value my Business. Evidently my previous purchases of FOUR Mercedes from RBM of Atlanta in the last 3 1/2 years have gone unrecognized as a valued RBM customer.
