Kulshan Pediatric Dentistry removed two of my 6 year old son's teeth after I had explicitly informed them I wanted none of my son's teeth removed. They have also, on multiple occasions, refused to provide my son's dental records. Thankfully, the Department of Health and Human Services has been very effective at persuading Kulshan to adhere to the HIPAA laws. Unfortunately I have had to go through the Department of Health and Human Services more than once, as Kulshan continues to refuse to provide my son's medical records. The office staff is very unprofessional, including the owner, and have blatantly lied to me about what services were provided to my son, and have ignored and refused to return my phone calls to discuss my concerns.\r

I do not recommend Kulshan Pediatric Dentistry to anyone!
