I will say their work is usually very good and very clean, the customer service is horrible and my experience was not good at all. I bought and had installed 2 6x9s and a deck for about 900 the deck kept blowing out after they replaced it they tested my alternator and said it was bad so I had to buy a new one before they replaced the deck so I did. It immeaditly blew out again so they said something else was bad, another alternator. anyway this went on for about 8 more times over the course of 3 years since usually they take on average 5-6 hours 2 of which they're actually working on the car, and since I work mon - sat every time I came in I had to take a day off work, long story short it finally took the owner 10 minutes to look at the car and see that the fittings on the alternator were not rated for the power of the sub which they knew I had in there and had assured me that was not the problem they had also quoted me for at the beginning but never followed through. so today I fina
