On December 26, 2012 I took my dog in for humanitary euthanasia and the experience was as positive as such an experience could be. The staff was kind to me and my dog. They went over exactly what was to be done numerous times. They did a thorough examination to determine I this would be in hisbes interest.\r

I was allowed to be with my companion as he as administered the medication. I held his head on my lap and stroked his head during the process. It was very peaceful and I stayed quite some time after my dog's passing.\r

The hospital provided me with a paw imprint as a memorial. Imagine my surprise when a month later I received a condolance card signed by the staff, an animal angel pin and a beautiful poem. It was touching.\r

Prior to this experience, my experience with the staff was wonderful. Some might consider the services pricey but I found them to be inline with the going rates for Virginia Beach. \r
