We called Service Legends because I have heard their ads on the radio and thought lets give them a try. Danny was our sales guy, who did do a great job selling us a brand new home heating system and air condition system, so I will give him that credit. The install was happing two days later and was complete in a day and half. We went to our cabin to check out the new furnace and AC unit and noticed that the new screen door we just put in a few months ago was making noises and would not shut. After looking at the door, we noticed that the installers had propped open the door during install, the wind caught the door and bent both closers. We called Danny to let him know, he asked the installers and they knew nothing about it. We explained that they were the only people at the cabin from the day we bought the system from Danny to the day of install, they again said they knew nothing about it. We asked that someone come out and look at it get this resolved. They set up an appointment for someone to come out at 8:00 three days later. The service guy shows up over an hour late with new closers. We showed him that the whole door was bent and we wanted the door replaced. He said ok, he took down door model etc and we even told him where we purchased the door. No one called, no one called, finally we called Service Legends again and they said that they would have someone look into it. Finally we get someone to tell us that a service guy will meet us out there at 8:00, 4 days from now. Now today, the service guy shows up 30 minutes late and has the wrong door, wrong size. How difficult can this be, to be continued more
