I have had old and new cars. I use the dealer for the free maintenance they provide for the first few years, and then return to M&M to provide the service going forward. A recent example tells you why: I went to my dealer to fix a ride quality problem - their solution would cost me $2300. The same repair at M&M @ $1000.
For my older cars, they understand that I am trying to find the most economical solution and they are completely willing to use aftermarket or refurb parts.
Either way - the vehicle is always fixed right and I am always treated with respect at a cost that is appropriate for the situation.
