I've had Bell come to service my two rentals for years and that has worked out fine. But now, and having purchased a preferred customer deal, I don't feel preferred. I first called in January about a leaking shower. It took a couple of weeks and 3 phone calls to get an estimator here and now it is mid March and someone is finally coming out today, already an hour late, anticipating another 1/2 hr to get here. What happened to the customer service of this company? I hope my shower isn't dripping after today - 3 months of drips is a lot of water! more
