1. You're dealing with an arrogant guy who likes to talk tough and smart aleck. Definitely not a way to talk to customers. 2. The work is questionable. They left a socket wrench on my pulley once. Another time they I noticed a vibration when I left. 2 days later the wheel fell off from them not tightening the lug nuts. Could have killed someone, and he denied that his guy would do that. 3. He keeps his undisciplined dog there. If you get nervous around dogs or just hate them stay away from this place.
