bad customer service many mistakes made don't answer phone calls or emails, haven't sent 1099 for my rental property as 03/15/2013. Just checked my last year 1099 my SS# is wrong didn't notice until today. I wouldn't be surprize if no longer on business. Will report to IRS today.
