Please be honest with your customers and stop deceiving them. Also, quit taking on more business than you can handle at one time. People HATE being lied to. I was told that my order of 7 shirts, one hat and two pairs of pants would be ready in less than two weeks. Every time I called after that two weeks, I was given excuse after excuse why it wasn't ready; however, I knew that it was because they had taken on more orders than they could handle. After a full month, only half of my order was ready BUT IT WASN'T THE STYLE OR COLOR OF SHIRTS THAT I HAD ORDERED!!! I wanted a certain style and color that their store did not carry but the owner found what I wanted in a catalog so I ordered seven shirts with the embroidered name of my husband's business on them. When I went to pick them up, I was shocked to find that THE SHIRTS WERE NOT WHAT I HAD ORDERED! To my dismay, the owner lied and told me that those were indeed the ones that I ordered because he did not carry the ones I described in his store. I told him that that I knew that and that this was the reason why I ordered them from one of the catalogs he showed me....all the time while acting totally clueless (he's not a good actor though!). He then lied to me again (to try to save his hide and to make me think that I was the crazy one) and said that none of the catalogs that he carries has the type of shirt that I described (it the very popular layered-look style). I was so angry about being lied to that I asked for a full refund, which was given to me without any problem. I am SO upset that I wanted an entire month for NOTHING! I will NEVER EVER take my business to Country Shack again and I will warn others that need this type of service to take their business else where. \r
