The worst customer service!! Do not use this company, when they ""cleaned"" my carpet it stayed wet for almost 3 days and guess what..my carpet is still dirty. No one answers the phone at the office and when they do they are very unprofessional. I made 3 appointments for my carpet to be re-cleaned and nobody showed up or called me to reschedule. Also they charged more than what is advertised on their website. Please save yourself a headache!!!!\r
