The classes at sana vita are small enough that you get individual attention. The instructors pay attention to you, especially if you are a newcomer to make sure you are getting the most out of your work out and performing all the steps correctly. Marilyn has a great way of explaining the exercises so that I always know how to position myself. I've only been to 4 classes so far but I feel like each instructor has their own routine and different levels of difficulty. The website for scheduling is very easy to use and you can book well in advance to ensure you get a spot at the time you want.
