I found Rachel by Googling ""curly hair salons in Baltimore"" and it was the best thing that has ever happened to my hair! After I read the outstanding reviews she received on Citysearch and Yelp, I immediately scheduled an appointment. As soon as I walked in to her studio I knew she was everything I wanted in a hair stylist. She is warm, friendly, and listened to what I wanted to do, not to mention she has curls of her own, which was very comforting to me. My hair is very naturally curly and was mid-back length when I saw her and that day she made my dreams come true by cutting my hair shorter than I'd ever cut it before- almost a pixie cut. She asked me all of the appropriate questions before chopping my mop off (Was everything okay in my life, etc) to make sure I wasn't having a quarter life crisis and taking it out on my hair! I am absolutely in love with my short cut and as long as I am in Baltimore, Rachel will be the only person who cuts my curls!
