This is the WORST place ever!!!!! II waited over an hour in the waiting room and finally at 5:05pm I was told (not walked or guided) to wait in the XRay room where I waited another 10 minutes. Finally, a Hispanic man came in and did my X Rays - he was the only kind staff member. I was then rushed around as the other staff packed up their stuff to leave for the day. After reviewing my info they said, ""You had a stroke and you have heart conditions....we cannot help you. Maybe you can come back another day."" He then walked out of the room, put on his jacket and left for the day. The manager, who was also very unprofessional decided to be just as rude and pushy. I have never felt so upset and so disregarded. I may have a heart condition but my head is in perfect working order. I am not stupid and do not appreciate the way I was treated. I called the office and told them about my heart condition... I also verified if I would or would not need anything from my cardiologist. I was assured that I was ok due to the type of condition I have. The lady on the phone told me if I needed an antibiotic I would need a letter from my doctor. Seeing how I didn't need an antibiotic I was ready for my appt. Do NOT come here!!!! I have never been treated so poorly by a dental office.
