The problem with the review below, is that the customer that is upset has a home warranty policy. They did not like their claim denied. A-1 has no say on the authorization. That is completely up to the insurance company. Parts are supplied by the warranty co. They also have a deductible due at the time of service by the warranty company. This is amount is due even if the claim is denied. A-1 Accurate has to collect the co-pay for the warranty company.
