Overpromise and Underdeliver!\r

This is what this company lives by. Over 9 weeks for repair. My MINI was delivered to them on 01/02/13 and returned 03/21/13. We had a 2 week delay because a previous hack shop was being back charged. I was told it was a 1.5 week job so i expected 2 weeks. The main reason for delay was Director of Operations continually pulling techs off to work on other projects. For the last 2 weeks I personally checked on the car every day and for a few days helped put it back together. I would have expected near perfection but i’ve already found 5 issues in 2 hours and the list keeps going.\r
I’ve never seen an uglier case of poor customer service or lack of respect for a customer.
