Keller Party Rentals had agreed to bring out inflatables to a fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House in exchange for all the marketing and advertising that the event received. We advertised in everything we did that we would have bounce houses. The day of the event we had almost 8000 attendees and no Keller Party Rental. Needless to say we had some very upset attendees and due to their poor business practices it has hurt our reputation and future events. We started calling them the day prior to the event and have left messages and text and have not even received a call back. I would not recommend them.
